Most customers look you up before they phone you. Make sure they find something.
If your business is real. Online, but it is close to invisible: no Google listing, a social account that has not moved in months, and no easy way for someone to reach you at eight o'clock at night when they have decided to buy. I fix that, for a fixed monthly price you can see before you enquire.
Free, no obligation, and you keep the findings either way.
- Prices published, not "on application"
- Scope in writing before you pay
- One person, and you know which one

The gap
You cannot see this problem from inside your own business
Word of mouth still works. It just does not scale, and it does not catch the person who has never heard of you. That person opens Google, types your trade and their suburb, and picks from what comes back. If you are not in that list, you were never in the running. And you will never know it happened, because nobody phones to tell you they could not find you.
-
You are not on the map
Your Google Business Profile is unclaimed, half filled in, or has the wrong hours. So Google Maps sends the job to the competitor down the road who claimed theirs, added photos, and answers their reviews.
-
Your last post was a while ago
An account with nothing on it since last year reads worse than no account at all. It tells a customer checking you out that you might have closed.
-
Interest goes nowhere
Someone decides to buy at 20:15. There is no form, no WhatsApp button, no message option on your listing. The only route is a phone call tomorrow, and by tomorrow they have booked someone else.
None of these are hard to fix. They are just nobody's job right now.
Get found, get enquiries, and have somewhere for them to land
Three things, in this order. Skipping straight to ads before the first two are in place is how small businesses waste money on marketing and then decide marketing does not work.
-
1. Get found
I claim your Google Business Profile, fill it in properly, and keep it current. I fix the local search and on-page basics so you come up for what you actually sell, in the town you actually sell it in. And I structure your information so ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Perplexity can answer questions about you without getting them wrong.
-
2. Stay visible
I run three of your social accounts on a schedule: formatted for each platform, posted on a calendar instead of whenever you remember. You send me the raw material: photos of the job, what is new, what is on special. I turn it into something that looks like a business that is still open.
-
3. Catch the lead
I put a lead form on your site, your ads and your posts, feeding a pipeline you can log into and see for yourself. I write the follow-up emails that go out on their own, so a warm enquiry does not go cold while you are on site. And I ask your customers for reviews instead of leaving you to hope for them.
Underneath all of it
I set up GA4 and Google Search Console on day one, so every claim I make in a monthly report has a number behind it that you can go and check yourself.
Three packages. The prices are on the page.
You should be able to work out roughly what this costs before you speak to anyone. Prices are per month, in Rands. Each tier has a once-off setup fee, listed with the tier, because a fee you only discover at signup is a bad way to start.
Starter
Digital Foundations: for a business that needs the basics to exist, be correct, and be findable.
R3 499 /month
Once-off onboarding: R1 000
- 3 social platforms scheduled: you supply the raw material, I format and post it
- Google Business Profile set up and managed
- Basic lead capture through your Google listing
- GA4 and Google Search Console tracking
- SEO basics: title tags, meta descriptions and local keyword alignment on your main pages
- Monthly performance update, in plain language
Choose this if you have no listing, or a bad one, and your social accounts have gone quiet. This is the floor everything else sits on.
Growth
For a business that is already getting interest and losing it before anyone follows up.
R5 499 /month
Once-off onboarding: R1 500
Everything in Starter, plus:
- Google Business Profile management plus active review follow-up
- A CRM of your own: live dashboard, lead form, pipeline, warm mailers
- GA4 and Search Console reviewed monthly, not just installed
Choose this if enquiries reach you but get lost, or you have no idea how many you got last month.
Full Growth Engine
For a business ready to pay for reach and measure exactly what it bought.
R12 999 /month
Once-off onboarding: R4 000, plus ad spend billed separately by Meta and Google (recommended minimum R1 500/month)
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Paid ads managed: Facebook, Instagram and Google
- Full CRM: live dashboard, forms everywhere, your pipeline, warm mailers
- Full SEO included
- AI Visibility Basics (GEO/AEO) included
- Monthly strategy call, 48-hour turnaround on requests
Choose this if the foundations are in place and you want volume, with numbers attached to it.
Need a website too? Once-off builds are available on any tier: R3 000 for a landing page, R7 000–R10 000 for a full multi-page site.
Straight talk
What I cannot show you yet
Frontfoot is new. There is no wall of client logos on this page, no testimonial carousel and no "trusted by 200 businesses" counter, because it would not be true and you would find out eventually.
Here is what I will put up instead.
- Published prices. Every rate on this site is the rate. No "packages from" that turns into something else on the call.
- Written scope. You get exactly what the tier lists, in writing, before you pay anything. If something is not on the list, it is not included, and I will tell you that up front rather than after.
- A named person with a real background. My background is lead generation at an international B2B marketing agency: working out exactly who a client should be talking to, writing the emails that reach them, and running the CRM pipeline that catches the replies. Frontfoot is that same work, sized and priced for a small to medium South African business.
- This website. Built the same way I would build yours, ranking on the same things I would get you ranking on, capturing leads through the same setup I would install for you. If it loaded fast on your phone and you found it in the first place, that is the service demonstrating itself.
When there are real client results, they will go on this page with names and numbers attached. Until then, judge the work by the work.
One person. You will always know which one.
Frontfoot is me, Arno Swart, based in Cape Town, working with small businesses anywhere in South Africa. There is no team behind this page, no account manager to hand you to, and nobody junior learning on your account. When you message, it reaches the person with their hands on your Google listing.
You deal with the person doing the work
No account manager relay
You are not briefing someone who briefs someone else. What you say on WhatsApp reaches the person with their hands on your Google listing, because it is the same person.
Nobody junior learning on your account
Small agencies win pitches with senior people and staff them with juniors. There is no second tier here to hand you down to.
A scope I can actually deliver
Every tier limits platform counts and volumes on purpose. That keeps what I promise and what turns up every month the same thing, which matters more when there is one of me. A capped scope you actually get beats an unlimited one you do not.
Same country, same timezone
Rands, not dollars. POPIA, not a privacy policy written for another continent. A person you can phone during your own working day.
It starts with an audit, not a sales call
- 1
You send five details.
Name, business, number, email, the town you work in. Under a minute on a phone.
- 2
I check what a customer sees.
Your Google listing, your search results, your social accounts, and how someone would actually contact you. Done by me, not generated by a tool.
- 3
You get the findings.
Two to three concrete gaps, in priority order, with the fixes. Including the ones you can do yourself for free.
- 4
You decide.
If a package makes sense, we talk. If not, you keep the audit and nothing further happens.
See what a customer sees when they look you up
The free presence audit is the honest starting point. I check your Google listing, your social accounts, your search results and how someone actually contacts you, then send you what is broken and what to fix first. No cost, no obligation, and you keep the findings whether or not you ever hire me.
